Phatties - Jamestown

Finally found a CheeseSteak in Jamestown worth getting a second time! As a matter of fact, after trying a half sub for lunch, I decided to get a Full, 16 inch for dinner. And it was so cold out, I even downloaded Door Dash and paid extra to get it! This place goes right to the top of my Carry-Out list. I may even try something else on the menu, but it'll be hard to do. Edited and added Pic to say, this Daily Special is CRAZY !! 12 WINGS and a half Sub for $15 !?!? I've paid $15 just for 10-12 wings at other places.. so THIS awesome sub is basically FREE.

My wife and I ate there tonight and we got the club sub which usually comes with turkey ham and roast beef but he let us substitute bacon for the roast beef. The sub was excellent! Way bigger than most places. We got the meal deal so we got onion rings and they are some of the best that I've ever had. The onion rings are not frozen ones out of a bag they are made right there and they are soooooooo good! You need to try these unless you are allergic to onions of course lol. The owner is very gracious and accommodating. You just have to try this for yourself I highly recommend it. Three thumbs up

Tried for the first time today , Portions are much larger than expected. Definitely worth the prices which were lower than expected for actually fresh ingredients.

Great food, amazing service!! For sure hope to be back. We tried out their food for the first time tonight and brought our baby with us. The cook came out to personally thank us for coming and couldn't say enough how much he loved the sound of our baby. Such nice staff- would highly recommend them!! Great people AND food. The chocolate ice cream reminds me of a Wendy's frosty (which I love).

I've had three different subs from there so far and their hand made onion rings. All were very good. The first I had was when we ordered while at work. I had their slow roasted beef sub called the Mouthful of Meat. The sub was stuffed with meat so much so that I could only eat 1/2 of the 8" sub. I did have a couple of the onion rings from an order placed by a coworker. The second time I ordered the 8" Phattie sub which is their thin sliced steak sub with cheese, onions, and peppers. It was excellent! Once again I had the handmade onion rings. Never a disappointment. This most recent time my wife and I went after running errands. I got the chicken Parm sub. The sub was stuffed with cut/shredded grilled chicken covered with marinara sauce and cheese. I'll warn you the sub made the butchers paper wrap wet to the point it soaked through. So be careful you don't sit the sub on anything that could stain. My wife got their Turkey sub with lettuce, tomatoes, onions and mayo. She was very happy with the sub and ended up eating the entire thing. I was only able to eat about a third of mine and saved the rest for my lunch the next day. We both got the onion rings as well. Prices include tax so figuring out your cost is very easy. The owner is very pleasant and easy to talk with. Be careful when parking. It can be a bit tricky getting back out into traffic. We will definitely be ordering from here again! Side note: there is a seating area inside. I haven't actually stayed to eat in, so I can't really comment on that experience. Yet.

Walked into Phatties fully prepared for a strip club vibe, mostly because the name absolutely sounds like one. Curiosity alone got me through the door. Instead of a lap dance, I got a phenomenal sandwich, which, honestly, is just as satisfying and significantly cheaper. The subs are loaded, fresh, and clearly made by people who understand that sandwiches are a serious business. Everything tasted great, portions were generous, and I left full instead of financially ruined. 10/10 bait-and-switch. Came for the name, stayed for the food. Can lap dances be added to the menu?

Food was amazing and service was spectacular! Highly recommend!
